Ticket Terms
Information for festival visitors
These ticket terms explain who is responsible for each part of your purchase and visit. Tickets are sold through the external ticket provider, the provider reached by the festival website's Buy Tickets buttons, not directly through E & M Event Management Ltd.
Buying your ticket
- —the external ticket provider processes your payment, issues your ticket and provides the customer account, delivery and booking support for the transaction.
- —the external ticket provider's checkout terms, fees, privacy notice and ticket conditions apply to the purchase. Please read them before paying and keep your confirmation email.
- —A ticket is valid only for the date, ticket type and entry conditions shown at checkout. Do not buy a ticket from an unofficial reseller.
E&M's responsibility
E & M Event Management Ltd is the festival organiser. We are responsible for the event information we publish, the programme and event operations, venue coordination, reasonable safety arrangements and communicating material event changes. We are not the payment processor or ticket delivery service.
the external ticket provider's responsibility
the external ticket provider is responsible for payment processing, booking confirmations, ticket delivery, its service or booking fees, account access and the parts of the purchase it controls. For questions about a missing ticket, failed payment, duplicate charge or provider account, contact the external ticket provider first using the details in your confirmation.
Changes and entry
- —We may make reasonable changes to the programme, timings, performers, layout or facilities where required by circumstances outside our control, safety or venue requirements.
- —Entry is subject to the venue's capacity, safety procedures and any age or supervision conditions shown at checkout. Security checks may apply.
- —Please bring the ticket in the format requested by the provider and follow instructions from festival and venue staff.
Refunds and cancellations
Our separate Refund/Cancellation Policy explains the process. In short, the external ticket provider's refund and cancellation terms govern the ticket transaction; E&M will communicate any organiser-led cancellation or material change and work with the external ticket provider on the applicable process.
