How It Works
Your Journey With Us
The foundations
Full Wedding Planning is for couples who want to enjoy their engagement, not spend it buried in spreadsheets. From the very first conversation we take the weight off — shaping your vision, setting a realistic budget, finding the right venue, and assembling a team of suppliers we trust completely. You make the decisions that matter; we handle everything else.
The build
As a Gloucestershire and Cotswolds based planner, we bring deep local knowledge and a little black book of the region's finest florists, caterers, photographers and entertainers — as well as trusted national and international suppliers for couples marrying further afield. We manage contracts, timelines, logistics, and the hundreds of small details that quietly make or break a day.
The day itself
In the final weeks we build a minute-by-minute plan, confirm every supplier, and run a full rehearsal. On the day itself our team is on-site from first light to last orders, so you and your families can be fully present — relaxed, looked after, and free to soak up every moment.

Questions
Frequently Asked
When should we book full wedding planning?
As early as possible — ideally 12–18 months before your date. That said, we regularly take on shorter timelines, so do get in touch even if your wedding is sooner.
Do you work with our chosen venue?
Absolutely. Whether you've already booked a venue or need help finding the perfect one, we work seamlessly with venues across Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and beyond.
How involved can we be?
Entirely as involved as you'd like. Some couples want to approve every detail; others hand us the reins. We shape the process around you.
