The handover
On-the-Day Coordination (sometimes called wedding management) is for couples who have happily planned their own wedding but don't want to be the ones chasing suppliers, directing guests or watching the clock on the day. We step in during the final weeks to take everything you've organised and turn it into a seamless, stress-free celebration.
The final weeks
In the run-up we meet to go through every detail, contact all of your suppliers, and build a comprehensive running order for the day. We become the point of contact for everyone involved, so questions come to us — not to you or your family.
Your wedding day
On the day, our team arrives early and stays late. We oversee set-up, welcome and direct suppliers, manage the timeline, handle any hiccups quietly behind the scenes, and make sure everything happens exactly when it should. All you have to do is get married and enjoy it.

When do you start work?
We're involved from around 4–6 weeks before your wedding, when we take over supplier communication and build your running order — plus the full day itself.
Isn't this the same as a venue coordinator?
No. A venue coordinator looks after the venue's interests; we look after you, managing all of your suppliers and the entire day from your side.
How many coordinators will be there?
The £495 starting package includes one dedicated coordinator for up to 10 hours. If your plans need additional hours or another coordinator, we discuss the additional cost before you book.
