The concept
Venue Styling & Event Design is our creative service for anyone who wants a professional eye — and hands — to bring the look of their event to life. We begin with a design concept: a considered palette, mood and set of details that run through everything from stationery and signage to florals, lighting and the tablescape. Whether it's a wedding, a milestone birthday, a private dinner or a corporate gala, the process is the same — thoughtful, tailored and entirely bespoke.
The sourcing
From there we translate concept into reality. We source and coordinate florals, lighting, linens, tableware, furniture, props and branding, working with the Cotswolds' finest stylists and suppliers to achieve a look that feels effortless, elegant and never off-the-shelf. For corporate clients we weave brand identity through every touchpoint; for private events we create atmosphere and drama that guests remember.
The reveal
On the event day, our team handles the full install and styling of your venue, dresses every space, and returns to clear down afterwards. You arrive to a room that takes your breath away, exactly as it was designed.

Event Styling & Design is £295 for private events and £395 for weddings, each with a clearly defined scope. Package includes the services listed; additional requirements outside the package scope can be added separately. Large-scale and multi-day events are priced individually.

Do you style corporate and private events too?
Yes. As well as weddings, we design and style private parties, milestone celebrations and corporate events — from gala dinners and awards evenings to product launches and brand experiences.
Can we book styling on its own?
Absolutely. Venue styling and event design can be booked as a standalone service, or added to any of our planning packages.
Will you set everything up on the day?
